Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees with fall and pico stitching completed are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or altered products cannot be returned.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers may not be eligible for return.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and product images. Once the request is approved, we will arrange the exchange process.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if an exchange is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery for quick resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
