• Handloom and traditional sarees may have minor weaving irregularities, which are natural characteristics of the product

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment and availability verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

5. No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

6. Return & Exchange

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products
• A proper 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory for any return request
• Returns without opening video proof will not be accepted
• Approved return parcels must be sent only through India Post Parcel Service
• We mainly provide product replacement/exchange
• Refunds will be given only if the same product is unavailable

7. Shipping Policy

• Shipping time is usually 7–8 working days
• Delivery timelines depend on product availability and delivery location
• Delays caused by courier services, festivals, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
