Important Return Conditions
To be eligible for return approval:
- Customer must record a 360-degree opening video while opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Shipping label
- Product condition inside the parcel
Without a proper opening video, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
Eligible Return Reasons
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defect is found
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- 360-degree opening video
- Product photos
- Reason for return
Return Courier Policy
Approved returns must be sent only through:
India Post Parcel Service
Return courier charges must initially be paid by the customer.
Refund Policy
We mainly provide product exchange/replacement.
Refunds will be processed only if the same product is not available for replacement.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees with fall & pico done
- Customized or altered products
- Sale or discounted items
- Minor color variations due to lighting or photography
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
